The challenge
Faced with the prospect of losing its long-standing position and lapsing into obscurity in a hard-fought market, Nestlé Le Chocolat needed a makeover to re-establish the brand as one of the classics.
Our brand idea
With a deliberate nod to traditional poster art, we devised a sober design with a clear identity, incorporating a steaming cup of hot chocolate into the brand name itself. The result was an upscale shift in tune with Nestlé tradition and expertise, conveying the emotion and nostalgia associated with a product that has strong affective appeal.

An increase in market share, despite the absence of any other advertising or promotional campaign.
